Introduction

1. We are Ciphey International Limited (CIL). 

2. We are a Social Enterprise.3. We are collaborating with MorakEmpire Farms, to do The Cassava Revolution; an Agribusiness Project. MorakEmpire Farms is a firm of Agribusiness Professionals, based in Ikorodu, Lagos.

4. We (the Collaborators) need Project Sponsors to sign-up for our Cassava and Water Melon Projects.

5. The Cassava Revolution is a group project and it requires matching. Minimum sign-up fee is N350,000 per sponsorship slot. Sponsors may choose to have extra slots. 

6. For N350,000, sponsors get N1m as reward after 36 months (3 years).

7. Funds shall be invested into agriculture (Cassava and Water Melon; cultivation, processing & marketing) to generate returns (reward) for sponsors.

8. Sponsors have the privilege of participating (or nominating someone to participate) in a special Agric Enterprise Training Course and a Social Media Training Course.

9. The duration for the  Agric Enterprise Training Course is 1 month to be delivered in any of Lagos, Abeokuta or Ibadan, depending on sponsors preference.

10. The duration for the Social Media Training Course is 6 months to be delivered through email and mobile phone. 

11. Both courses are professionally designed and are worth an aggregate value of N250,000, but they are coming as freebies courtesy Midea, GOtv, Social Media Academy, MorakEmpire Farms, and Nexus.

12. Our Projects are insured by Nigeria Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAICORP). 

13. Sponsors will get post-dated cheques covering 50% reward value and cheques shall be due for collection after 36 months. 

14. Cheques for the remaining 50% reward shall be drawn and released after 36 months.

15. After 36 months, sponsors shall receive free GOtv decoders and home appliances from Midea and Nexus. 

16. Sign up documentations include a Sponsor Certificate and an MoU. Sponsors must involve an official witness who could be an Attorney, a Financial Adviser or a Next of Kin before their sign up documentations can be processed for the project. Any sponsor who fails to meet this requirement cannot participate. 

17. All payments must be made into CIL corporate current account: 0140606064, GTB. Other forms of payment are INVALID and as such CIL shall NOT be responsible to account for such INVALID PAYMENTS. 

18. Do NOT pay cash or transfer funds into individuals' (personal) accounts. Use CIL corporate account ONLY.
